This charming house was absolutely perfect. The owners went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome. Because it is located a few miles from any store, they made sure that our first evening and morning we’re perfect. They provided boxes of cereal, milk and juice, and a well-stocked Keurig station with cream, sugar and every sweetener. It was a caring touch and very much appreciated. Our grandchildren were with us and saw a beautiful yard filled with lightning bugs each evening. We were greeted by rabbits and deer in the early morning. Our stay was refreshing and relaxing in every way. I would highly recommend this property. The only thing that you might want to know is that we had no cell phone service for AT&T. As we traveled into town, we could obtain cell signal about 10 to 15 minutes away. There was a satellite dish for TV channels and the house was well stocked with beautiful magazines and books. It could not have been more comfortable for us and we hope to return.

This is beautiful and secluded little peace of heaven. Right near the Blue Ridge parkway and very quiet. We had a great time just relaxing in the country away from our busy lives.
